How is it taught?

The course combines theory, explanation, practical practice of the technique used, and individual tuition/coaching/therapy, tailored to each individual’s needs. It includes elements of basic psychological theory, particularly neural pathways and the effects of adrenaline; NLP; hypnotherapy; CBT; and principles of the emotional effects of our posture, breathing and physiology.

It is taught in small groups, maximum of 4 people. The first two days are group sessions; session 3 is individual. The group meets up again a week later for a follow-up session, and there is an individual  follow-up phone session a week after that.  More individual follow-up is available if clients need it.

“Both the teaching and coaching were of the highest standard – done with empathy and discipline. We had ample opportunity to practise the process. It was a very positive atmosphere and resulted in everyone progressing together. The individual session was a comprehensive review of what I’d learned, plus additional practice that helped to solidify the process - which gave me enormous confidence” (Emma)
