I use a combination of Hypnotherapy and NLP in my work. It is a brief strategic therapy - one that is aimed specifically at finding a resolution to your problems as quickly, safely and efficiently as possible.

Hypnotherapy works quickly. Issues are normally resolved within 3-8 sessions.
My aim in my work is to help people get ‘back on track’ so that they can live their lives being the person they want to be. It is a truly ‘holistic’ therapy: people consistently report beneficial changes in other areas of their lives, not just the issue they worked on.
